The Faculty of Architecture of Fırat University was established on September 26, 2011, based on the additional 30th article of Law No. 28094, by a decision of the Council of Ministers. This decision was officially published in the Official Gazette No. 27894 on October 24, 2011. Since its establishment, our faculty has continued its activities with a contemporary, innovative, and interdisciplinary approach to education. The educational and teaching activities, shaped around design and planning, encompass four main disciplines: Architecture, Interior Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and Industrial Design. Since 2015, our Department of Architecture has been continuing its educational activities. This multi-disciplinary structure of our faculty ensures that students are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge, providing them with a broad perspective.
